Responsibilities What you'll do: As a Warehouse Supervisor 3rd shift, you will contribute to the success of PepsiCo by supervising the day-to-day warehouse operations, with a focus on cost efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service, and safety for an entire business unit across one shift. Our Warehouse Supervisors also coordinate the receiving, shipping, and material handling responsibilities in the warehouse by supporting the front line staff.- Working days: Monday - Friday, with some weekend work required.
- Working hours: 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM.
Major Tasks, Accountabilities and Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the receiving and delivery of raw materials/finished products in a timely manner
- Utilize docks, warehouse layout, and route truck loading patterns that minimize loading time
- Ensure the optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained in order to fulfill daily sales needs
- Provide timely service to sales department while minimizing warehouse and production costs
- Develop and motivate your team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
- Deliver effective change leadership while driving business changes and minimizing people impact
- Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally
- Build people capability through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel
- Maintain the inventory system to aid in production scheduling
- Maintain all housekeeping and safety standards and training
- Identify and execute productivity opportunities to help facility meet annual operating plan
- You will have a regular presence on the plant floor and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
- This role may operate forklift and manufacturing equipment occasionally
- You may require off-shift and weekend work with some travel (less than 5%)
Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,900 - $111,950.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field
- Two years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred with exposure to Lean Six Sigma
- Your experience with supervising front line staff in a performance-driven, challenging environment
- Microsoft Suite including Excel comprehension preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others, effective coaching, leading a team-based approach to decision-making
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
- Must have a valid driver's license

- Work with a high degree of independence while performing PMs and repairs
- Utilize leading-edge technology and programs including PM using voice application, Noregon diagnostics, Mitchell 1, Uptake predictive analytics, TAAS, and more!
- Leverage and grow your skills working on Pepsi's diverse fleet equipment, including automobiles, trucks (light and heavy), vans, and forklifts
- Diagnose failures of vehicles and disassemble, repair, and reassemble parts as necessary
- Maintain documentation and records such as vehicle records and pre-trip checklists
- Answer service calls
- Be part of the team that maintains one of the largest fleets in North America While we provide extensive training and continuous education to build onto your current maintenance education and experience, we do have a few minimum requirements:
- Position requires that you have your own basic hand tools. Diagnostic, ergonomic, and high-tech equipment will be provided.
- Position also requires a number of physical movements including lifting, pinching, bending, reaching, climbing, and manipulating and handling objects (with or without an accommodation)
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass Forklift Driving Skills test (if applicable)
- Mechanical knowledge of gas and diesel repair
- Experience with hydraulic and air brake systems
- Knowledge of internal combustible engines
- Knowledge of Preventative Maintenance Helpful experience:
- Repairing forklifts (e.g., repairing propane fuel / electrical / battery systems, hydraulic systems, pallet jacks, etc.)

- Working with manufacturing standards (e.g., use of Mitchell 1, use of OEM Support tools, knowing current standards, staying up-to-date with the latest technology, having experience working with electronics, etc.)
- Driving trucks requiring a Valid U.S. Class A or B CDL (e.g., road testing trucks, driving trucks in and out of the repair shop, etc.)
- Repairing heavy duty equipment (e.g., working on class 8, 7, 6 and medium duty trucks, brakes, tires, engines, liftgates, thermo king heater and refer units, etc.)
