Job Description

Are you a passionate and experienced Warehouse Coordinator with forklift and warehouse picking experience? We're seeking top talent to join a world-class healthcare organization supporting critical supply chain operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for safely receiving, storing, transporting, and delivering materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. and make a meaningful impact in supporting patient care through a reliable healthcare supply chain.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Licenses and Certifications:
Valid California Driver's License Forklift Certification (required)
Experience:
Minimum one (1) year of progressively responsible warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain experience Prior forklift operation and warehouse picking experience require
Responsibilities:
Safely transport, receive, store, and deliver materials and equipment throughout the warehouse and designated locations Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently Inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy Maintain organized storage locations and update inventory/location databases as needed Support inventory control activities, including receiving, stocking, cycle counting, and replenishment Coordinate deliveries, returns, and shipments with internal departments Ensure proper handling, storage, and tracking of equipment and supplies Maintain warehouse, loading dock, and storage areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition Follow all safety, regulatory, and organizational policies and procedures Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to support operational goals Who we are: Power Personnel has been working with healthcare professionals like you since 1994.
