ONYX Motors ONYX Motors is looking for a hands-on Fulfillment Lead. This role will be responsible for leading the day-to-day flow of e-bikes, parts, accessories, customer orders, inventory movement, shipping, receiving, and fulfillment execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable working close to the floor, leading frontline teams, improving processes, and helping the company transition from its current internal fulfillment model toward a more scalable 3PL-supported structure. Key Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, shipping, receiving, and order readiness activities. Supervise and coordinate a small warehouse / fulfillment team in a hands-on, fast-moving environment. Improve inventory accuracy, cycle counts, stock movement, warehouse organization, and fulfillment discipline. Create clear daily routines, task ownership, escalation paths, and simple operating processes. Partner with customer service, supply chain, systems, sales, and leadership to resolve fulfillment issues quickly. Requirements 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, logistics, inventory control, distribution, e-commerce operations, light manufacturing, automotive, mobility, powersports, or consumer products. Prior experience leading frontline warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, logistics, or operations teams. Strong hands-on knowledge of shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, cycle counts, inventory accuracy, stock movement, and warehouse organization. Experience working with physical products, parts, accessories, technical products, serialized products, or service-related inventory. Experience with 3PLs, outsourced fulfillment, external warehouses, logistics partners, or transition to a 3PL model strongly preferred. Comfortable in a startup or founder-led environment where processes are still being built. Hands-on, organized, accountable, calm under pressure, and able to create structure without unnecessary bureaucracy. About ONYX Motors ONYX Motors is a Los Angeles-based electric mobility startup building high-performance electric motorbikes with a strong brand community and a hands-on, entrepreneurial culture. With a team of under 30 people, the company is entering an important scaling phase and strengthening its operational foundation to improve fulfillment execution and customer experience. This is a fast-moving environment where people work close to the product, the customer, and daily operations.
