About Us:
Hillside Farms Corporation is a leader in manufacturing private label pet treats and food, providing wholesome pet products for over two decades. We are committed to delivering high-quality pet treats and services to our customers across the nation. We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and efficient Order Processing & Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Order Processing & Fulfillment Coordinator is in charge of the lifecycle of customer orders, from entry through shipment and invoicing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organized work, detailed processes, and keeping information clean and accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and manage customer orders and invoices in our order management / ERP system Maintain precise order records including customer details, ship dates, tracking numbers, and invoices Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on schedule Manage stockroom inventory for monthly product sample shipments (counts, replenishment, documentation) Identify and resolve order discrepancies before they impact customers Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding order status, shipments, and issues Follow procedures and contribute to process improvements when gaps are identified This Role Is NOT a

Dislike detail-oriented or process-driven work Rely on memory instead of systems, trackers, or checklists Struggle to meet deadlines without reminders Prefer loosely defined responsibilities What We're Looking For (Required) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfort working in systems (ERP/order management software, spreadsheets, tracking tools) Ability to manage multiple orders at once without errors Clear written and verbal communication skills Strong sense of ownership — you follow tasks through to completion Preferred Experience (Not Required) Manufacturing, fulfillment, or supply chain experience ERP experience (NetSuite is a plus but not required) Experience working cross-functionally with warehouse or production teams What Success Looks Like Orders entered correctly the first time Shipments leaving on schedule Clean, organized records Fewer customer issues because problems are caught early
