We are looking to hire a Shipping/Inventory Coordinator for our Irvine location.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Shipping / Inventory Clerk is responsible for timely and accurate transactions, maintaining records, and physical up-keeping of ALL parts in and out of the warehouse. Pull and stage orders for Final Shipping include but are not limited to pulling parts, generating packing slips, package orders, computer input, and shipping finished products and materials for outside contractors and RTVs.

GENERAL DESCRIPTIVE TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(But not limited to) Wrap, pack, and box product to be shipped. Verifies that product and paperwork are consistent. Attaches postage or bill-of-lading to products to be shipped Enters data into computer system & keeps records of products shipped. Monitors shipping/ packaging supplies and cap plugs and orders parts if needed. Performs the daily cycle count and maintains accurate reporting. Performs stock investigations of parts as required. Responsible for the maintenance, monitoring, and purging/replenishment requisitioning of "Shelf Life" controlled parts. Processes inventory purge requests from Purchasing or Quality department. Requires general supervision. Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum Educational Requirements:

High School or equivalent

Minimum Years Experience:

1-year prior shipping / Inventory experience.

Export Control, ITAR Other Requirements:
