Fulfillment & Operations Coordinator (Part-Time)

We're looking for organized, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Fulfillment & Operations Coordinator in our Lodi, CA facility. This is a part-time, non-exempt hourly role , starting at $17/hour with opportunities for growth within the company. You'll play a key role in supporting our live commerce team by ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time, while also assisting our livestream hosts as needed. What You'll Do Pull, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment Label, organize, and stage inventory for live-stream events Provide support to livestream hosts, including product setup and restocking Track and report inventory discrepancies or low stock Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and fulfillment area Assist with receiving shipments and restocking inventory Collaborate with internal teams to support operational needs Follow company policies and standard operating procedures Additional duties may be assigned based on business needs. What We're Looking For Detail-oriented and organized Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team Comfortable lifting and moving packages (up to 40 lbs) Ability to follow instructions accurately Positive attitude and willingness to support other departments Strong communication skills Prior experience in fulfillment, operations, or warehouse work is a plus Schedule & Work Environment Part-time role with a minimum commitment of three days per week Typical shift length: approximately 4-6 hours per day Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs Occasional overtime may be scheduled in accordance with California wage and hour laws Compensation & Perks Starting pay: $17/hour , with growth opportunities based on performance Non-exempt role eligible for overtime pay Flexible scheduling Opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding company Additional Information This position is at-will , meaning employment may be terminated at any time by either the employee or the company, with or without cause or notice, in accordance with applicable law.
