Receiving Coordinator Location:

Long Beach, CA Pay Range:

$21-$30/hr depending on experience and level.

Schedule:

8am-5pm We are seeking a Receiving Coordinator to support logistics and warehouse operations in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, documenting, and routing incoming materials while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips Verify part quantities, condition, certifications, and traceability documentation Enter and maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/MRP systems Coordinate with Quality Assurance on non-conforming materials Label, store, and route materials appropriately Maintain compliance with ESD, FOD, safety, and inventory control procedures Report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged goods Support warehouse organization and audit readiness

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to read purchase orders and technical documents Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Aerospace or manufacturing experience Knowledge of AS9100, FAI, and quality inspection processes Experience with serialized inventory and material traceability Forklift certification or ability to obtain
