Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this vital role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control processes, and ensure the safety and efficiency of warehouse functions. Your leadership will drive process improvements, coordinate logistics efforts, and uphold safety standards to support our commitment to excellence in shipping and materials handling.

Responsibilities Supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations, including shipping & receiving, materials handling, and order fulfillment Oversee inventory management processes using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to maintain accurate stock levels Coordinate warehouse distribution activities ensuring timely processing of shipments for e-commerce and 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) clients Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety standards in compliance with OSHA regulations Manage forklift operations and mechanical equipment to facilitate heavy lifting and materials handling tasks safely Conduct regular inventory control audits, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies promptly Lead team management efforts by training staff on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and best practices Qualifications Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor with strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics operations Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, shipping & receiving, and materials handling Valid forklift certification and mechanical knowledge for heavy equipment operation Familiarity with OSHA safety standards applicable to warehouse environments Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative work environment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and process improvement initiatives Prior experience working with e-commerce fulfillment centers or 3PL providers is highly desirable Join us to lead dynamic warehouse teams committed to operational excellence!
