Logistics & Fulfillment Lead Full-Time | Los Angeles, CA (Onsite, Monday-Friday) Department:
Logistics / Operations Reports to: Operations Manager Overview SAME Los Angeles is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-driven Logistics & Fulfillment Lead to oversee day-to-day logistics, fulfillment, inventory coordination, and wholesale operations across DTC, retail, and wholesale channels. This role will serve as the operational lead across all inbound and outbound logistics while also supporting the broader Operations Manager function to ensure seamless product launches, inventory accuracy, and strong fulfillment performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced apparel environment, is highly detail-oriented, and brings hands-on experience in fulfillment, inventory systems, shipping operations, and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities Logistics & Fulfillment Oversee inbound and outbound logistics across domestic and international fulfillment channels Serve as the primary point of contact for all 3PL and warehouse partners Manage ASNs, routing compliance, shipping documentation, carton details, and tracking updates Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment for DTC, wholesale, retail, and preorder shipments Monitor fulfillment performance, shipping timelines, returns processing, and inventory accuracy Optimize shipping workflows, carrier performance, and logistics costs Support onboarding and operational setup of new fulfillment partners Inventory & Systems Coordination Manage inventory allocation across wholesale, retail, and DTC channels Oversee inventory reconciliation across Shopify, WMS, ERP, and fulfillment systems Track inbound production deliveries and proactively communicate delays or risks Ensure inventory is received, processed, and accurately reflected in Shopify ahead of launches Coordinate replenishment shipments to retail stores and pop-ups Maintain logistics trackers, inventory records, shipping invoices, and operational reporting Wholesale Operations Support day-to-day wholesale fulfillment and partner communication Oversee order uploads, order confirmations, invoices, shipping labels, RTVs, chargebacks, and EDI processes Ensure wholesale shipments are fulfilled accurately and in compliance with routing requirements and partner expectations Operations Support Support the Operations Manager with eCommerce launch readiness and operational execution Partner cross-functionally with eCommerce, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, and Wholesale teams Troubleshoot operational issues impacting fulfillment, inventory, or customer experience Assist with process improvements, SOP creation, and operational reporting Support special operational projects, sample sales, and launch initiatives as needed Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, operations, or supply chain within apparel, fashion, retail, or eCommerce Strong experience managing 3PLs, inventory workflows, and shipping operations Hands-on experience with Shopify, WMS, ERP, EDI, and inventory management systems (Full Circle experience a plus) Familiarity with platforms such as Loop Returns, Global-E, or similar systems preferred Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute What Success Looks Like Seamless fulfillment and logistics operations across all channels Accurate inventory visibility and strong operational execution ahead of launches Improved shipping, fulfillment, and returns performance with minimal operational errors Strong communication and coordination across 3PLs, wholesale partners, and internal teams Scalable operational processes that support brand growth
