Job Description

Well established garment manufacturer near downtown area is looking for candidates: • office shipping coordinator- Apparel field job discription : ✔orders processing ✔ shipping labels ✔ department communication ✔ invoice / BOLs ✔ Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills. ✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus ✔ Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, LTL, FTL, and freight shipments. ✔ Support overall shipping schedule managemnet ✔ Update shipping tracking files and logs ✔ Support shipping-related invoice data preparation ✔ Arrange Vessel, Air & Custom Clearance ✔
Production Quantity Control Ideal Candidate :
Highly detail-oriented and accurate. Comfortable using Excel and learning new systems. Understands the importance of timely and accurate shipping documentation. Works well with Accounting, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams. Takes initiative and follows through on tasks independently. •IT is 'Not' a forklift job at warehouse.
Work Schedule:
