Job Description
Work Location Manteca, CA Position Purpose Under minimal supervision, this position acts as a liaison between the cased good operations group, customer service representatives, other internal departments and outside transportation representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and to resolve any resulting issues. Generates daily warehouse documentation to support, picking, shipping, inventory, receiving and logistics activities for the distribution center. Works with management and compliance department to ensure company policies are followed in accordance to all state, federal and international regulations.
Essential Duties Schedules inbound, outbound, and export transactions of finished goods and any miscellaneous materials
Works with Compliance, Customer Service, internal and external customers and carriers to ensure all required documentation is processed accurately
Generates reports for case goods operations
Creates transfers of cased goods between facilities in accordance with guidelines
Completes transaction of stock movement activities and performs inventory audits/reconciliation if needed
Cycle counts, investigates and resolves inventory issues with Distribution Manager, Supervisors and Compliance
Processes sales orders, tasting room orders, POS, QC, winemaker and some off-site warehouse requests and expedites as necessary
Provides customer service and builds rapport by investigating issues with various departments and provides resolution
Expedites orders to ensure on-time delivery; prioritizes customer orders
Gives recommendations that can improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency
Actively seeks to provide leveled scheduling to promote best flow for distribution operations
Follows company policies and participates in all aspects of safety.
Verifies finished case goods orders staged for delivery are complete and accurate utilizing SAP
Assists with project implementation and special duties as assigned
Participates in year-end cycle counts
Participates in Lean initiatives •Other duties may be assigned

Minimum Requirements Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years in direct or related experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requires excellent communication, analytical, negotiation and organizational skills
Experience involving customer contact, problem resolution and related product knowledge
Must be able to plan, communicate and organize multiple priorities

This is a Non-Exempt position. The pay range for this position is $20.69 to $32.34. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity and alignment with market data.
