Warehouse Operations Coordinator Omnicell - 3.4 Milpitas, CA Job Details $23 - $25 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Moving High school diploma or GED Manufacturing facility Data entry Warehouse experience Manufacturing company experience Full Job Description Job Title The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will report to the Milpitas Warehouse Supervisor and will be responsible for shipment and receipt of incoming material and equipment. Additional responsibilities include properly label received items and items being shipped to customers: manually or with appropriate equipment move materials, supplies, and finished goods to designated areas within the company's facilities; pulling orders accurately in preparation for prompt shipments and preparing records, packing slips, and bills of lading for all outbound material and equipment . Responsibilities Accurately counts, verifies, and receives product Accurately picks, packs, sorts, and loads outbound products in accordance with customer specifications. Unloads pallets and cases from inbound trailers and/or containers manually and/or using MHE to include manual pallet jack Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications Operates pallet jacks- manual and electric- or uses hand truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping-and-receiving platform to storage or work area Pulling and moving material to the production floor. Required Knowledge and Skills Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, squat and kneel often, and lift 30 to 50 pounds, as needed Ability to perform physical tasks necessary for moving Omnicell Cabinets from Production floor to trucks. Ability to communicate effectively with lead and supervisory personnel in the warehouse Basic Qualifications High School Diploma/ GED Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Basic computer skills and data entry Must pass drug screen Must pass background check Ability to work varying shifts and overtime as necessary to support the shipping and receiving department Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving positions Prior experience with Inventory Cycle Counting Work Conditions Warehouse Salary Information Estimated Pay Range for this location is $23-25 per hour Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: State you reside in Relevant job‑related skills and experience Education and certifications Market data and competitiveness Internal equity considerations Alignment with organizational compensation guidelines EEO, Privacy, and Adaptability Omnicell welcomes applications from all individuals, valuing a wide range of perspectives and backgrounds.
