We are committed to operational excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our growing team. Job Summary The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for coordinating outgoing shipments, maintaining shipping records, tracking deliveries, and ensuring that freight is processed accurately and efficiently. This role serves as a key link between warehouse operations, transportation providers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate shipments. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule outgoing shipments with carriers and transportation providers. Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and packing lists. Track shipments and provide updates regarding delivery status. Verify shipment information for accuracy and completeness. Maintain accurate shipping records and update company databases. Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, vendors, and customers regarding shipping schedules and requirements. Assist in resolving shipping discrepancies, delays, and delivery issues. Monitor workflow to ensure shipments are processed on time. Support inventory and logistics teams with shipping-related activities. Follow company procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety guidelines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and data entry applications. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
