About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join and lead our small warehouse team (3-4 people). This is a working role — you will be actively involved in daily warehouse operations while organizing and guiding the team. This position requires fluency in both English and Chinese , as you will communicate with internal teams in both languages. Key Responsibilities Work alongside the team in daily warehouse operations: Picking, packing, shipping, and receiving Loading/unloading shipments Operating forklifts and reach trucks Supervise and support a small warehouse team (3-4 staff) Assign daily tasks and help ensure smooth workflow Coordinate shipping schedules with internal teams Communicate effectively in both English and Chinese Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Ensure inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts Use warehouse systems (NetSuite WMS or similar) Identify simple ways to improve efficiency and organization Requirements 3+ years of warehouse experience Experience as a lead, senior associate, or supervisor Hands-on experience operating forklift and/or reach truck Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) (NetSuite experience is a plus, but not required) Fluent in English and Chinese (required) Willing to work on the floor daily (this is a hands-on role) Basic computer skills Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented Nice to Have Experience with NetSuite WMS Experience in a small warehouse team Strong sense of organization and ownership Why Join Us Small team — your work makes a real impact Stable and growing company in the solar industry Opportunity to grow into a Warehouse Manager role Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Important Note This is a hands-on position .
