This is an execution-focused role with no direct reports. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced in warehouse operations, ensuring fast and accurate shipping performance. Key Responsibilities 1. Order Fulfillment & Shipping Pick, pack, and ship daily customer orders accurately Ensure all orders are shipped on time according to schedule Coordinate outbound shipments and carrier pickups 2. Warehouse Operations Handle receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory Maintain clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse conditions Follow standard operating procedures to reduce errors and damage 3. Inventory Control Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems Assist with regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits Report inventory discrepancies in a timely manner 4. Returns (RMA) Processing Receive and inspect returned items Process returns, restocking, or disposal according to company policy Ensure return data is properly recorded in the system 5. System Operations Use ERP/WMS systems for order and inventory updates Ensure system data matches physical inventory Requirements Conversational English required; Mandarin Chinese preferred 1-3 years of warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience Familiar with warehouse operations (receiving, shipping, inventory) Detail-oriented with strong responsibility and reliability Able to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with ERP/WMS systems is a plus (training available) Physical Requirements Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs. (approx. 18kg) Ability to stand, walk, and perform warehouse duties for extended periods

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
