Monday-Friday with flexibility to work between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM based on business needs. Occasional overtime and weekend hours may be required during holidays and peak business periods. We design and produce many of our products in-house, allowing us to maintain exceptional quality from fabric to finish. Our collection includes apparel, footwear, bags, hats, scarves, and other accessories designed to help our customers express their individual style. We are looking for a motivated and dependable Fulfillment Specialist to join our Distribution Center team. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and according to our high standards. Position Summary The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, maintaining inventory replenishment, processing returns, and supporting overall warehouse operations. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Essential Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain daily replenishment of active inventory locations. Process customer returns, including inspection, refurbishment, data entry, invoicing, and restocking. Assist with inventory organization and warehouse maintenance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow established warehouse procedures and quality standards. Work closely with the Distribution Center Supervisor and team members to support daily operations. Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred but not required. Familiarity with pick, pack, ship, returns, and inventory processes is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to regularly lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive motions, including bending, reaching, and lifting. Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form. Must wear appropriate warehouse attire, including closed-toe shoes.
Compensation Starting Pay:
