Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Control professional with a passion for inventory accuracy, process improvement, and supply chain operations? We're seeking top talent to join a dynamic healthcare supply chain team supporting critical inventory and distribution functions. In this role, you'll leverage inventory management systems, analyze supply data, optimize inventory levels, and support asset inventory and staging operations as increased manufacturer-direct volume and alternative distributor onboarding drive operational growth. Day 8 hour shifts, (1st Shift Asset Inventory Support with 2nd Shift Staging Support as needed)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Licenses and Certifications:
Valid California Driver's License Experience:
Minimum three (3) years of inventory control, inventory management, materials management, warehouse inventory, or supply chain experience Experience analyzing inventory data and maintaining inventory accuracy Responsibilities Maintain and update inventory records and location data within Lawson Analyze inventory utilization, demand patterns, inventory turns, and days of inventory on hand (DIOH) Support asset inventory management and staging operations Assist with bulk breakdown activities as manufacturer-direct inventory volume increases Support inventory staging and distribution preparation activities Establish and optimize inventory par levels based on usage trends Develop and maintain inventory management procedures and standard work documentation Train staff on inventory systems, handheld devices, and inventory management best practices Conduct cycle count audits and perform root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory utilization and performance reports Assist with inventory location setup, maintenance, and optimization Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce inventory costs Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, and operational teams to ensure inventory availability and accuracy Who we are: Power Personnel has been working with healthcare professionals like you since 1994.
