Job Description
SUMMARY Under the direction of the Senior VP, the Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing the company's activities and coordinating the essential functions required to manage workflow and achieve goals. Additionally, the Warehouse Lead will assist with implementing communications procedures between departments and developing strategic initiatives to improve efficiency throughout operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential functions may include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Responsible for working closely with the management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the company are being properly executed in accordance with regulatory based best practices. Those duties include, but are not limited to: a) Will Call b) Payment Processing c) Collecting and uploading PODs d) Receiving e) Inventory Management f) Daily Reporting 2. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. 3. Develop, implement, and review important strategies and operational policies and procedures for company growth and inventory losses. 4. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company. 5. Work with the management team to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals. 6. Provide inspired leadership for the company and help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. 7. Conduct staff performance reviews and motivating staff. 8. Responsible for ensuring that each employee has the resources they need to complete their job by managing inventory, transportation, budgeting and hiring procedures. 9. Oversee branch financial accounting, bank processes and money handling, monitor the financial data and recommend solutions to improve profitability. 10. Forecast requirements by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. 11. Manage market initiatives and maximize business performance to reach the customer and company goals. 12. Assist the Human Resources department with recruiting, selecting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees when necessary. 13. Act as a liaison between employees and the management team. 14. Any additional duties as assigned by the management.
EXPERIENCE 1.
Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or related field. 2. Three or more years of proven work experience in an operations management role. 3. Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management. 4. Solid understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management. 5. Outstanding communication, leadership, motivational, and organizational skills 6. Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, customers, and employees. 7. Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service. 8. Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes. 9. Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications.
WORK ENVIRONMENT 1.
Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, and occasionally lift or carry up to 50 lbs. 2. Combination of field and office environment. 3. May necessitate working in busy and loud environments. 4. May be exposed to elements like cold, heat, dust, noise, and odor. 5. This is not a work-from-home position.

Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
