We're an independently managed joint venture between Symbotic and SoftBank, and we're looking for a Site Leader to command performance at our Perris, CA location. Your Mission Own the
P&L:
Build budgets, manage costs, and grow revenue while safeguarding margins.
Run the operation:
Direct both conventional and automated warehouse flows; guide Operations Managers and Supervisors to consistent, high-output execution.
Raise the bar:
Embed best practices in safety, quality, sustainability, and customer service.
Modernize:
Champion WMS, material handling systems, and automation alongside IT and engineering.
Delight customers:
Deepen relationships, anticipate needs, and deliver proactive solutions.
Optimize vendors:
Support procurement and supplier management for cost-effective, reliable outcomes.
Scale smart:
Build long-term strategies that align site growth with regional initiatives.
Measure what matters:
Track KPIs, interpret results, and drive corrective actions. What You'll Achieve Consistent sitewide performance aligned to Exol metrics and goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 8+ years in warehouse/logistics/supply chain operations, with 2+ years in a senior building leadership role and direct P&L ownership. Proven people leader with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Expertise in WMS, inventory, material handling systems, and both automated and conventional workflows.
Financial fluency:
budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and profit improvement initiatives. Project management background; PMP or equivalent is advantageous. Hands-on experience deploying or overseeing warehouse automation. Excellent communication, vendor negotiation, and supplier relationship abilities. Proficient with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and WMS. Committed to sustainability and continuous improvement. Work Setup On-site leadership in a warehouse setting; time split between floor and office. Travel up to 10%; valid driver's license required; must be able to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations. Flexible availability across day, swing, night, and on-call coverage as operations demand. Capable of prolonged walking/standing, stair/ladder climbing, and working in variable temperature and noise conditions.
