Schedule:
Monday- Friday; 7am-3:30pm
Description of Position:
Do you have experience coordinating domestic and international shipments? Our client in Petaluma is seeking a detail oriented Shipping Coordinator to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and other fulfillment operations. This role is heavily focused on coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records in the ERP system, communicating with carriers and internal reams, and ensuring orders are shipped accurately and on time.The ideal candidate will have previous shipping and logistics experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate domestic, LTL, and international shipments Create shipping documents including packing lists, bills of lading, and carrier labels Process incoming and outgoing shipments within the ERP system (NetSuite) Track shipments, shipment costs, and delivery status Coordinate carrier pickups and communicate with freight carriers, vendors, and customers Monitor inventory levels and support purchasing and restocking activities Assist with palletizing, forklift operation, and loading shipments as neededDescription of Company:

Minimum 2 years of shipping, logistics, or shipping coordination experience Experience with parcel, LTL, and international shipments Experience using ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and online shipping platforms such as Fedex Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment Knowledge of ATA Carnet processes and forklift experience is a plusSimilar Positions:
