AM SHIFT
| 7AM-2:30PM | $25.00/HRS (MUST BE FLEX)MUST PASS A PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN & BACKGROUND CHECK
Must be bilingual (English & Spanish) Responsibilities- Oversee a team of 13 sanitation employees with different shifts
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sanitation tasks and assuring quality of services.
- Work alongside employees to model example of performance expectations
- Report/Track the effectiveness of sanitation activities and employee's performance
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
- Overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective supervision, training and development and health, safety and welfare of your team
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
- Completes and documents the sanitation schedule as described in the Master Schedule Requirements
- Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
- Knowledge of warehouse health and safety procedures
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must have flexible hours
