FULL DESCRIPTION

: The selected candidate will be responsible for: Lead and support a team to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently Train, mentor, and develop team members to reach their full potential Coordinate workflows across warehouse zones to meet daily goals Receive, stock, and organize incoming products Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy Palletize, label, weigh, and wrap outgoing shipments Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and turret trucks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Conduct daily equipment inspections and follow all safety protocols The selected candidate will also possess: Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment Strong understanding of pick/pack/ship processes Ability to lead by example and motivate a team Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills (English required for safety and operations) A proactive mindset with solid problem-solving abilities
