Warehouse Supervisor - Richmond, CA Hands‑On Leader | Growth Opportunity | Spanish Bilingual Preferred We're seeking a motivated, hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor who leads by example and supports daily operations in a busy warehouse and light‑manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional — especially a Lead Associate — ready to step into a supervisor position. You'll oversee shipping and receiving, inventory control, materials flow, light assembly support, and warehouse safety while guiding a team of 5-10 employees. Key Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse operations: receiving, inspection, picking, packing, staging, and shipping Ensure accurate SAP Business One documentation and data integrity Coordinate shipments and work with carriers to meet delivery timelines Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and physical inventories Support production with timely material availability Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Oversee light assembly and verify finished goods quality Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Ensure compliance with Cal/OSHA and safety procedures Train, schedule, and develop warehouse staff Drive process improvements and support cross‑functional initiatives What You Bring 5+ years in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing 3+ years in a supervisory or lead role Hands‑on experience with inventory control and material handling ERP experience; SAP Business One preferred Knowledge of Cal/OSHA and warehouse safety Ability to coach, train, and develop a team Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Preferred Skills Experience with SAP Business One Upholstery or furniture manufacturing Light assembly or quality verification Forklift and warehouse equipment oversight Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to collaborate with Procurement, Customer Service, Finance, HR, and Operations Why This Opportunity Stands Out Direct‑hire leadership role Ability to shape warehouse processes and drive improvement Opportunity to mentor and grow a team Collaborative environment with clear career growth Work with unique products combining global production and local finishing Work Environment Clean, organized warehouse and light‑manufacturing setting with a team of 5-10 employees. • For CA and Non-CA employees, the Company will pay 50% of the premium for employee and 10% for dependent coverage for the base Kaiser HMO Bronze C plan. You will pay the cost difference to buy another plan. Vision Benefits (VSP):
• The Company pays 50% of the premium for employees and 10% for dependents
• Vision exam: every 12 months with a $25 copay

$150 allowance for contacts and contact lens exam - Every 12 months Dental Benefits (Principal):

• The Company pays 50% of the premium for employees and 10% for dependents
• Calendar year deductible: $50
• Preventative care: 100% coverage
• Basic care: 80% coverage
• Major care: 50% coverage

Orthodontia:

coverage of up to $1000 for dependent children to age 19 401(k) (PayChex): Employee contribution only. Waiting period is 90-days. PTO (Paid Time Off):

• Eligible after completion of 90-days of employment
• 10 days per year (accrued at 1.53 hours per week or .834 days per month)
• Maximum accrual: 1.
