Reports To :

District or Regional Operations Manager Spirit Halloween is looking for a motivated and organized Warehouse Manager to join our team for the upcoming Halloween season! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership and logistics experience who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of seasonal warehouse staff Create and manage employee schedules to ensure optimal coverage Oversee all warehouse logistics, including receiving, inventory management, and distribution Direct the loading and unloading of fixture trucks and merchandise shipments Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment Coordinate daily operations to meet tight deadlines during the busy seasonal period Track and report on key performance metrics (productivity, accuracy, safety) Enforce company policies and procedures

What We're Looking For :

Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience (retail/seasonal preferred) Strong leadership and people-management skills Experience with hiring, scheduling, and team development Solid understanding of logistics, inventory control, and truck loading operations Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends during peak periods Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
