  • Responsibilities for a Distribution Coordinator include but are not limited to:

Receiving, Inspection, & Data Entry:
  • Receive all incoming materials, inspect shipments thoroughly for any freight damage, match receipts directly against packing lists, and enter details into purchasing software to process for eligible payment. +
  • Inventory Distribution & Logistics:
  • Deliver received materials and inventory safely to their proper stock locations or designated production staging areas. +
  • Regulatory Compliance & Shipping:
  • Classify, label, and package specialized materials/drugs for outgoing shipments in strict accordance with DOT and IATA regulations, utilizing standard good shipping practices.
  • Candidates for Distribution Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Regulatory & Shipping Knowledge:
  • Proven understanding of standard good shipping practices, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with handling, labeling, or classifying materials under DOT and IATA regulations. +
  • Technical & Administrative Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail to catch freight damage, coupled with accurate data entry skills to manage packing lists and verify documentation within purchasing software. +
  • Safety Equipment:
  • Must own and wear
  • steel-toed shoes
  • daily to comply with on-site warehouse safety standards.

  • $33.
