We're scaling quickly and physical operations are the heartbeat of our business. We're looking for a Warehouse Project Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and help ensure all orders move from production to fulfillment accurately and on time. This is an onsite, execution-focused role for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable. You'll work closely with our Warehouse Operations Manager, onsite and remote team to help keep projects on track and ensure strong follow-through across the board. Key Responsibilities Support tracking of active orders from production through fulfillment; help ensure timelines are met and statuses are kept up to date Assist with day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, kitting, packing, and shipping Coordinate with onsite warehouse staff and remote team members to keep workstreams aligned Follow up on tasks and deadlines to ensure progress stays on track Help maintain visibility into order status and flag potential delays or issues Support quality control checks to ensure outgoing shipments are accurate Assist in maintaining organized inventory and basic tracking processes Help improve workflows, SOPs, and tracking systems over time Partner with the Warehouse Operations Manager and leadership team to support smooth daily operations You would be a good fit for this role if you have: 1-3 years of experience in operations, coordination, warehouse, or logistics roles Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once Comfort working onsite in a warehouse environment and being hands-on when needed Clear and reliable communication skills High attention to detail and strong sense of accountability Ability to follow through on tasks and meet deadlines consistently A proactive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn

Bonus:
