Job Description
We are seeking a versatile and dependable Warehouse & Field Coordinator to support multiple departments across the company. This role is responsible for parts running and delivery, inventory management, fleet coordination, installation assistance, onboarding support for new HVAC technicians, and general operational assistance. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, mechanically inclined, and able to adapt to changing daily priorities. Pick up and deliver parts, materials, tools, and equipment to job sites, vendors, and company locations Coordinate timely transportation of urgent materials to support field operations Receive and organize inventory Organize warehouse and storage areas for efficiency and safety Assist with scheduling and tracking routine maintenance for company vehicles and equipment Assist technicians and installers on job sites as needed Assist with onboarding preparation for newly hired HVAC technicians Prepare and issue company tools, uniforms, and vehicle materials Provide operational assistance to all company departments as needed Perform additional duties assigned by management Load/unload materials and operate a forklift Drive company truck & trailer (up to 30 ft) as needed Forklift certified (or willing to obtain) Experience driving a truck & trailer Ability to lift up to 60 lbs Clean driving record ( no DUI in the last 10 years ) Team-orientated with a positive attitude
