We move a wide variety of consumer products through a fast-paced warehouse environment, with inventory changing frequently. Our business requires strong organization, accuracy, and follow-through. We ship to retail customers domestically and also support export/container shipments. Position Summary We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to support daily shipping and warehouse operations. The Shipping Coordinator will work closely with the Shipping/Warehouse Manager to support shipping operations, inventory tracking, routing compliance, shipping documentation, and logistics coordination. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate shipments, inventory accuracy, retailer compliance, and efficient warehouse operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills, shipping experience, and a background in warehouse, logistics, wholesale distribution, or inventory operations. Key Responsibilities Create and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) Generate shipping labels and shipping documentation Coordinate routing requirements and retailer compliance Track shipments and update delivery status Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records Perform data entry and reporting using Excel and warehouse systems Assist with order processing and fulfillment coordination Support inventory tracking and inventory accuracy initiatives Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers and transportation providers Communicate with vendors, carriers, customers, and internal teams Ensure shipping accuracy and compliance with customer requirements Support day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse coordination, wholesale distribution, or inventory operations Strong Microsoft Excel skills Experience with routing, shipping documentation, and Bills of Lading (BOLs) Experience creating shipping labels and coordinating outbound shipments Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and follow-through skills Preferred Qualifications Wholesale or distribution industry experience Retail compliance and routing experience Experience shipping to major retail accounts such as Dollar Tree or similar retailers ERP system experience Inventory control and inventory tracking experience Experience working with high-volume shipping operations Compensation $25.00 per hour Schedule Full-time Day shift Typical schedule may be 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Overtime may be required based on business needs Benefits Health insurance Opportunity to lead warehouse operations in a growing wholesale business Equal Employment Opportunity Great Buy Products is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, pregnancy, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, military or veteran status, or any other protected status under applicable federal, state, or local law.
