Warehouse Lead, Qualifications :
Forklift Certified Experience with shipping, receiving and bar-coded inventory using a RF Scanner Must have cooperative attitude necessary to work effectively with others Good communication skills (verbal & written) Must be able to follow verbal & written instructions
Primary Duties :
The primary duties of the employee are (but are not limited to) the following: Loading and unloading trucks Scheduling carriers to pick up freight Ensure every piece of freight is accounted for and tagged Ensure all freight is located in its proper place Utilize warehouse space correctly Ability to lift 50+ pounds Conform to all quality/safety requirements and procedures Maintain a clean and orderly workplace Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Hanes Companies is a people-first organization dedicated to providing a complete benefits package for our employees and their families.
