With over 25 years of industry experience and multiple branches, we serve clients across transportation, oil & gas, municipalities, renewable energy, mining, and civil contractors sectors.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Yard Coordinator for our Aurora, CO location. The Yard Coordinator will ensure the efficient operation of our yard and facility by managing equipment check-in and check-out processes, maintaining accurate inventory records, assisting with equipment inspections, and keeping the yard clean and organized. Experience with heavy machinery, especially CAT equipment, is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle equipment check-in and check-out procedures. Record video and photographic documentation of equipment and attachments. Prepare and communicate damage reports to sales, customers, and service departments. Handle shipping and receiving of machines and parts Maintain up-to-date equipment and attachment inventories using the M1 computer system. Assist with tire inspections and maintain tire inventory data. Enter relevant data into work orders. Ensure the yard and shop areas are clean and well-maintained. Operate forklifts to assist with loading and unloading attachments and parts. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager or Shop Foreman.
Requirements Personal Requirements:
Self-motivated and able to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Mechanical aptitude or background is preferred.
