The Hospital Linen Operations Manager will be responsible for the effective management of resources, staff, productivity, and quality control. This role also involves building strong relationships with customers and ensuring the services provided are of superior quality.

Job Duties:

Proven experience interviewing, hiring, and training employees. Strong management background (2+ years). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and inspire a team. Work some weekends and holidays, based on business needs. Supervise multiple employees across several facilities, managing operational processes and procedures. Strategically oversee procedures at each facility. Supervise front-line employees at assigned facilities. Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback from the management team. Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Recruit, hire, and train positive, enthusiastic employees to ensure excellent customer service. Develop, manage, and assign tasks to ensure each facility is adequately stocked, organized, and maintained according to company standards. Compensation is based on level of management experience.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.

Preferred:

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to learn new software (Linen Helper/Linen Master).

Preferred:

1-2 years of management experience in EVS, housekeeping, hospital, hospitality, warehouse, retail, or food service. Must be available to work day shift, night shift, weekends, and holidays as needed. Drug test and background check required. Must be reliable with good attendance.
