Job Description

Fulfillment & Customer Success Lead This role sits at the center of our operations — leading fulfillment execution while serving as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring everything runs smoothly from order to delivery. This is a hands-on, lead-from-the-front position for someone who thrives on organization, speed, and accountability — while also building strong relationships with clients. You'll own the fulfillment operation day-to-day: making sure orders go out accurately and on time, the team stays aligned, and workflows run smoothly. At the same time, you'll be a key point of contact for clients — ensuring their expectations are met, issues are resolved quickly, and their experience with us is exceptional.
Who We Are:
We're a fast-growing skincare & supplement manufacturer and warehouse logistics company. 50% of our business focuses on small-scale manufacturing — producing products like skincare, tinctures, powders, gummies, and pet care — while the other 50% is dedicated to warehousing and shipping those products for 20+ exciting, fast-growing brands. What You'll Do /
Your Responsibilities:
Maintain timely, professional, and accurate written and verbal communication with management, team members, and clients to ensure deadlines, and goals are met. Act as a primary point of contact for fulfillment clients and ensure client expectations are met (or exceeded) and resolve problems quickly. Lead the fulfillment team & oversee daily fulfillment operations — help prioritize tasks, and ensure all daily fulfillment KPIs are met. Execute daily Direct-to-Consumer/ Online (DTC), and Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale order fulfillment including pick, pack, and ship functions. Operate shipping software (ShipHero, ShipStation, Shopify). Coordinate outbound shipping, freight pickups, and delivery schedules. Work with management on continuous improvement of fulfillment workflows and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Monitor inventory levels and help prevent stock or shipping issues. Be available for Sunday shifts and additional overtime as needed.
What You Bring:
3-5+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Leadership mindset — comfortable guiding a team while staying hands-on. Excellent communication skills — both internal and client-facing. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Mindset & Attitude:
Ownership Mentality:
You take responsibility for outcomes and follow through.
Detail-Oriented & Organized:
You keep things running smoothly and accurately.
Solutions-Focused:
You handle challenges quickly and proactively.
Team Leader:
You support, guide, and elevate those around you.
Client-Focused:
You care about delivering a great experience, not just completing tasks. Why Join Us? Work with exciting, fast-growing brands — no two days are the same. Play a key role in both fulfillment operations and client experience. Be part of a close-knit, driven team focused on quality and growth. Opportunities for advancement, personally and professionally, as the company continues to grow.
Benefits:
Competitive pay, health insurance, 401k, PTO, consistent hours, overtime opportunities, bonuses, paid holidays, paid sick days and more.

We're a fast-growing skincare & supplement manufacturer and warehouse logistics company. 50% of our business focuses on small-scale manufacturing while the other 50% is dedicated to warehousing and shipping product daily on behalf of the brands we work with. We specialize in small-scale manufacturing - we produce 100-10,000 units per batch using manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic equipment. (We are not Coca-Cola lol).
