This individual will oversee a crew of 4-6 warehouse associates responsible for accurately picking and staging bedding products for next-day delivery operations. This role is critical to ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and an exceptional customer delivery experience. Schedule Monday

• 7:00 AM What You'll Do Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of warehouse associates Ensure all relay trailers are loaded accurately and safely Oversee timely completion of nightly loading and unloading operations Maintain high standards for product accuracy and damage prevention Enforce company policies and hold team members accountable Ensure safe and efficient operation of warehouse equipment Optimize warehouse space and workflow efficiencies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Assist management with quarterly inventory processes Train, coach, evaluate, and develop associates Create schedules and assign workloads appropriately Ensure compliance with OSHA and all safety standards Build positive working relationships with associates and vendors Identify opportunities to improve warehouse procedures and reduce operational costs Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts Assist with additional operational duties as needed

What We're Looking For Preferred Qualifications:
