Warehouse Lead

We are seeking a reliable and experienced warehouse professional to join our alloy manufacturing and warehouse operations. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on daily production work, material handling, and shipping/receiving. High SchoolResponsibilities Executing daily operations: Managing the loading and unloading of trucks and operating forklifts and other equipment safely.

Alloy Production:

Performing production tasks including batch formulation, requiring high accuracy and attention to detail.

Inventory & Logistics:

Ensuring accurate labeling, packaging, and documentation for all materials while coordinating with sales and logistics to meet shipment deadlines.

Safety & Compliance:

Maintaining a clean, safe work area in strict compliance with EH&S standards and OSHA regulations.

Leadership Support:

Acting as a senior team member to direct workflow and providing backup support to the Warehouse Manager or Operations Supervisor when needed.
