Job Description
Position Overview Fast growing company is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to support our day-to-day business functions. This role will focus on shipping, receiving, crating, and helping manage inventory. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Shipping & Receiving Responsible for all incoming and outgoing shipments, including packaging and crating, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with carriers. Inspect incoming goods for accuracy and quality. Warehouse and Stockroom Help maintain clean and organized warehouse. Help maintain stockroom and cycle counts. Manufacturing Support Assist with painting and assembly as needed. Collaborate with operations and manufacturing to ensure smooth workflow. Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) to support reporting, documentation, and communications. QualificationsRequired 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Experience with an ERP system. Background in shipping and receiving. Knowledge of shipping regulations and best practices.
