Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Property Handler to join our warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing materials, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes, and conducting small to large scale moves. Room to grow! Duties Load and unload household goods from client residences and our warehouse. Pick, pack, and process orders accurately utilizing warehouse management systems Manage shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring proper documentation and tracking Conduct materials handling activities including heavy lifting and order picking with precision Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment adhering to safety protocols Assist in inventory control, stock rotation, and storage optimization Support warehouse supervision by following operational procedures for construction-related tasks or specialized equipment operation Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues when necessary Experience Previous experience in warehouse distribution or logistics is highly preferred Background in box truck/large vehicle operation or construction environments is a plus Proven ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Warehouse supervisor experience or leadership roles in similar settings are beneficial but not required
