Fulfillment Supervisor

Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and order fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for leading warehouse staff, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, maintaining inventory accuracy, and promoting a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience in warehouse or logistics operations, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Duties Supervise daily warehouse fulfillment activities, including machining, picking, packing and shipping customer orders. Lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time. Coordinate warehouse distribution efforts, ensuring timely processing of orders for LTL and FTL shipments Implement process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and increase overall operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and promote a safe working environment through regular safety training Collaborate with with customer service, inventory, and operations teams Assist with onboarding and performance evaluations Qualifications High school dimploma or GED 2+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics supervisory experience Extensive warehouse experience including shipping & receiving, materials handling, heavy lifting, and forklift operation. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations relevant to warehouse environments. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues related to forklifts and cutting/milling machines. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and warehouse distribution processes. Bilingual (preferred) Experience in Door or Millwork industries (preferred)

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
