This role is responsible for coordinating outgoing shipments, verifying order accuracy, maintaining shipping records, and ensuring products are prepared and released on schedule. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily shipping activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Verify shipping paperwork, labels, and order documentation Confirm products, quantities, and shipment details match customer requirements Schedule and communicate with carriers regarding pickups and deliveries Maintain shipping records and inventory transactions within company systems Work closely with production, warehouse, and leadership teams to prioritize shipments Monitor shipping schedules and proactively address delays or discrepancies Perform inventory verification and assist with cycle counts as needed Ensure shipments are packaged, labeled, and staged according to company standards Support continuous improvement efforts related to shipping accuracy and efficiency Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures Requirements Previous experience in shipping, logistics, inventory control, warehouse coordination, or manufacturing support Experience with shipping documents, bills of lading, packing lists, or inventory systems preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment Basic computer skills, including data entry and recordkeeping Ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments Reliable attendance and strong sense of accountability Schedule & Pay Monday Friday 6:00 AM 4:30 PM $19-24/hr depending on experience COM098 Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
