Schedule is mostly set depending on business needs with a guaranteed bi-weekly pay. You'll get to create your own pace of work with great staff members & supervisors to work side by side with. CWA is considered a unique warehouse due to not having to use any scannable platform. We are based on keeping a tight inventory count on all departments. There's a wide variety of products our customers get's to choose to order and with our expert staff members we fulfill and accomplish to serve all year long.

Warehouse Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:

A Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse and monitoring the productivity of its staff. Warehouse Supervisors often work in busy environments where priorities can change at a moment's notice, so an ability to multitask is and delegate is essential with this role. Important Warehouse Supervisor job duties and responsibilities include:

BEING PROFESSIONAL & WORK ETHICAL MORALITYS

Assigning workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates. Communicating with customers to answer questions and troubleshoot problems. Monitoring inventory Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained organized Monitoring Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery. Warehouse Supervisors are responsible for verifying that all orders are accurate prior to shipping, and they handle the training and disciplining of warehouse staff. They keep detailed records of warehouse operations, and they meet with other department staff within the company when necessary.

Typical Employers:

Gas Station Merchandiser (Preferred). Grocery distribution center. Foodservice warehouses. Retail distribution. Logistics and supply chain companies. Fun & Independent Environment. Restocking is required when slow down time of business day. F/T Position, 40+ hours a week. Monday-Friday Schedule. Saturday & Sunday Off. Holiday Time Off (Ramadhan, Observance of Eid Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Xmas Day & New Years Day).

Starting Pay:

$18.00-$20.00 hr.

Schedule:

9 :00 am thru 9:00 pm.

Ramadan Schedule:

9:00 am thru 5:30pm
