Marina Dockmaster

Dockmaster - Jensen Beach, FL We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dockmaster to join our team in the Jensen Beach area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on the water, has strong organizational skills, and takes pride in maintaining a safe and efficient marina environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily dock operations and vessel traffic Assist with docking and undocking of boats Monitor marina safety, cleanliness, and security Coordinate slip assignments and reservations Perform routine inspections of docks, pilings, and equipment Communicate effectively with boat owners, guests, and team members Ensure compliance with marina rules and local regulations

Qualifications:

Required:

Previous marina, boating, or dockmaster experience Strong knowledge of boating and water safety practices Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Basic maintenance knowledge is a plus Must be dependable and detail-oriented
