Shipping & Receiving Clerk Job Summary:
The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming shipments.Shipping & Receiving Clerk Job Duties:
Must be able to safely load and unload flatbed/van trucks. Preparing product and paperwork for incoming/outgoing shipments. Packaging items and products. Checking orders for accuracy. Operating warehouse equipment. Organizing and cataloging inventory. Produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies. Reads blueprints, and assembly instructions. Positions or aligns components and parts, either manually or with hoists. Uses hand tools or machines to assemble parts.Shipping & Receiving Clerk Requirements:
Shipping and receiving experience required. Assembly experience preferred. Forklift Certified. Must be able to stand for eight to ten hours a day. At least two years of experience operating a forklift. Team Player- Contributes effectively to team performance and supports team members. Problem Solving
