We're currently partnering with a production warehouse in Lakeland, FL specializing in custom packaging and display solutions to identify a strong bilingual Line Lead for 1st / 2nd shift. This role is responsible for leading daily production line operations, supervising employees building corrugated displays, and ensuring quality, safety, and production targets are consistently achieved. What You'll Be Doing Lead and supervise employees working on production lines assembling corrugated displays and packaging components Assign tasks, balance line workflow, and ensure production schedules are met Monitor line performance, productivity, and material flow including corrugated materials, inserts, and finished displays Partner with Quality Control to ensure displays meet customer specifications, counts, and presentation standards Provide real-time coaching, direction, and performance feedback to production team members Communicate work instructions, updates, and priorities clearly in both languages as needed Identify production issues such as material shortages, quality concerns, or workflow disruptions and escalate or resolve quickly Ensure safety procedures, workstation organization, and operational standards are followed Complete production reporting including headcount, output tracking, and line performance documentation Support onboarding and training of new employees on line processes and expectationsWho We're Looking For Bilingual in English and Spanish or Creole preferred Prior experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment required Previous leadership, lead, or team supervision experience strongly preferred Experience working with assembly lines, packaging, or corrugated materials preferred Strong communication and problem solving skills Ability to manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and lead in a fast paced environment High attention to detail and quality standards Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on a production floor for extended periods Reliable transportation and consistent attendance What You Can Expect 1 Shift $17.25/hr Monday - Friday, 6:45am - 3:30pm Occasional weekends based on production needs
