Job Description:
Warehouse Lead with the Warehouse Manager, is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and guiding warehouse staff.
Requirements qualifications include:
Supervise warehouse associates and assign daily tasks Monitor productivity and workflow Ensure accurate inventory counts Coordinate shipping and receiving activities Train new employees Enforce safety procedures and company policies Resolve operational issues and report to warehouse management
Skills:
Leadership and team management Communication and problem-solving abilities Organization and time management Inventory management and record-keeping Basic computer skills Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners
Requirements:
2-5 years of warehouse, distribution, or inventory experience Previous leadership, supervisory, or team-leading experience Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
