About the Opportunity As the Warehouse Supervisor at Monin, you will supervise a team of talented warehouse associates to process, package, and ship syrups, purees, and flavors following Monin specifications. We have passion and commitment to quality, and we hope you do too! As a suitable Warehouse Supervisor, you should be able to train and supervise warehouse associates. An added responsibility for you in this role is the ability to plan, coordinate, and organize. You are the ideal candidate for this role if you are highly detail-oriented and a strong problem solver passionate about providing beverage and culinary flavor solutions that make our customers successful! What You'll Do Plan, organize and supervise in daily warehouse operations Train and supervise the performance of assigned warehouse employees Ensure orders are built and completed in time for shipping Implement improvement processes and systems to time per order and maximize build teams output Provide routine management information on shipping performance Be responsible for managing and running the day to day build list Ensure integrity and accuracy of orders being shipped Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved Your Secret Ingredients to Success Passion for Quality— You take pride in the quality of everything you touch and everything you do Be Vigilant About Safety—You're always looking out for your teammate's safety Pay Attention to The Details — You always want to get things right the first time Keep Things Fun — You see the fun in your daily interactions and be sure to laugh every day Lead by Example — You like to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty if it means helping your team Do The Right Thing, always— You are there for others and willing to step up and help others when that's what's required for success Other Qualifications & Considerations 3+ years of supervisory experience Strong verbal and written communication Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Must be flexible and able to work in all departments within the warehouse Scanning and computer skills Ability to multi-task Push, pull, lift and carry up to 45 pounds Self-directed Ability to work individually and as part of a team Willingness to follow safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for self and coworkers What We Offer — Because Monin hires the best people, we work hard to offer our employees benefits that improve their lives.
