Full Job Description Job Summary:

The Outbound Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily outbound warehouse operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient order fulfillment using the NetSuite Warehouse Management System (WMS). This role supervises picking, packing, and shipping functions while maintaining inventory accuracy, productivity standards, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate outbound operations including order picking, packing, staging, and shipping Utilize NetSuite WMS to manage and monitor order fulfillment processes in real time Ensure all outbound orders are processed accurately and shipped on schedule Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff on procedures, safety, and system usage Monitor team productivity and implement improvements to meet KPIs Troubleshoot system or operational issues related to NetSuite WMS Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning, verification, and system updates Coordinate with inventory control, inbound team, and customer service to resolve discrepancies Enforce warehouse safety standards and company policies Prepare daily/weekly reports on outbound performance metrics

Qualifications:

3+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Hands-on experience with NetSuite WMS or similar warehouse management systems Strong understanding of outbound logistics and fulfillment processes Leadership and team management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting tools, ERP systems)

Preferred Skills:

Experience with RF scanners and barcode systems Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counting Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bilingual (English/Spanish or Korean) is a plus

Working Conditions:

Warehouse environment with moderate to heavy physical activity May require standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs) Flexible schedule, including overtime or weekends as needed

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
