FIDELITY MANUFACTURING
is part of the backup Power Generation Industry. We design and build back up power packages (to include tanks and enclosures) for large and small health, industrial, and technology-oriented businesses that cannot have a power lapse at any time.
Position Summary:
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, and coordinating the movement of materials to support production and customer requirements. This role works closely with receiving, shipping, quality, and production teams to maintain efficiency and accuracy
Essential Functions:
Coordinate and monitor all incoming and outgoing shipments Ensure accurate receiving, inspection, and storage of materials Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates issue materials to production jobs and track usage and verify all items inside totes Work with purchasing and production teams to prioritize material needs Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation of all items Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Train and support warehouse staff on procedures and systems
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience preferred. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems. Ability to read work orders, packing slips, and inventory documents. Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Frequent use of hands and fingers for data entry and paperwork Occasional lifting of materials up to 50 lbs Ability to bend, reach, and stoop Inventory control and organization Attention to detail and accuracy Time management and ability to prioritize tasks Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems) Communication and teamwork Basic problem-solving
Working Conditions:
Exposure to typical manufacturing conditions (noise, equipment, forklifts) May require overtime to support production demands
