Dealers throughout the world utilize NPA for acquisition of wholesale vehicles and to ensure their pre-owned inventory meets their customer's demands. Warehouse Production Supervisor Golf Cart Processing Center We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Production Supervisor to lead operations at our new Golf Cart Processing Center. This position will report directly to the Regional General Manager (RGM) and play a key role in daily production, inventory control, client service, and warehouse operations. Although this is a new facility, the operation is backed by an established company with multiple locations throughout the country and a strong operational support structure already in place. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing sector with long-term growth potential and organizational support. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, safety-focused, and capable of leading a growing team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily opening and closing procedures of the facility Supervise and support new hires and warehouse personnel Manage daily inbound and outbound movement of golf carts and related products Perform and oversee receiving, cleaning, inspections, and condition reports Maintain accurate inventory tracking and operational records Identify and communicate discrepancies, damages, or operational concerns Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Maintain accountability for company equipment and coordinate necessary maintenance Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures Participate in weekly RGM and operational meetings as needed Assist in developing efficient warehouse workflows and production standards Ensure client units are processed accurately and professionally Qualifications Previous warehouse, production, or operations supervisory experience preferred Experience with inventory management systems and processes Golf cart, powersports, automotive, or equipment processing experience is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Forklift experience is preferred Ability to lift, load, and move equipment safely Dependable with strong attention to detail and accountability What We're Looking For We are looking for a leader who takes pride in operations, understands accountability, values teamwork, and can help build a strong culture within a growing operation.
