What You'll Be Doing As the Shipping & Subrentals Coordinator, you will manage the shipping, receiving, and tracking of small parcel and rental equipment while maintaining high standards of organization, communication, and safety. Efficient Shipping
  • Package, weigh, and ship small parcels using approved carriers such as UPS and FedEx, ensuring safe and compliant transport Accurate Receiving
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments and new inventory against purchase orders and packing lists Asset Management
  • Label and tag all assets with RFID and barcodes for accurate lifecycle tracking Documentation and Compliance
  • Prepare and maintain complete shipping documentation, including bills of lading, and ensure all required signatures are obtained Subrental Coordination
  • Coordinate all subrental and cross-rental logistics with internal teams and external vendors Comprehensive Tracking
  • Track all equipment movement with photos and detailed documentation to ensure accurate deliveries and returns Proactive Communication
  • Communicate shipment status and resolve delays, discrepancies, or damages in a timely manner Organized Record Keeping
  • Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical records of all logistics activity Warehouse and Delivery Support
