Full Job Description Location:
Orlando, FL |Pay Range:
$16.50- $19.
- Package, weigh, and ship small parcels using approved carriers such as UPS and FedEx, ensuring safe and compliant transport Accurate Receiving
- Receive and verify incoming shipments and new inventory against purchase orders and packing lists Asset Management
- Label and tag all assets with RFID and barcodes for accurate lifecycle tracking Documentation and Compliance
- Prepare and maintain complete shipping documentation, including bills of lading, and ensure all required signatures are obtained Subrental Coordination
- Coordinate all subrental and cross-rental logistics with internal teams and external vendors Comprehensive Tracking
- Track all equipment movement with photos and detailed documentation to ensure accurate deliveries and returns Proactive Communication
- Communicate shipment status and resolve delays, discrepancies, or damages in a timely manner Organized Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical records of all logistics activity Warehouse and Delivery Support
