Warehouse Coordinator/Driver

Warehouse & Delivery Coordinator We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Delivery Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, online order fulfillment, shipping, inventory handling, and local delivery needs. This role requires someone who can work independently, stay organized, lift heavy items, communicate clearly, and ensure orders are packed and shipped accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Pack and ship online customer orders accurately and efficiently Process shipping labels through UPS, FedEx, or other shipping platforms Drop off orders or schedule carrier pickups as needed Receive, inspect, and organize products and materials Load and unload pallets, boxes, and delivery items based on operational needs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse space Assist with inventory counts and report low-stock items Check orders for accuracy before shipping or delivery Communicate clearly with the operations team regarding orders, inventory, and shipping needs Follow safety procedures for lifting, handling, driving, and warehouse equipment Requirements Warehouse, shipping, logistics, or delivery experience preferred Ability to lift 20-60 lbs regularly Comfortable driving a van for local deliveries when needed Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred Pallet jack experience required Forklift experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Able to work independently and efficiently Flexible and able to adjust to changing daily priorities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Schedule Full-time, part-time, or contract-based depending on order volume and business needs. Compensation Negotiable based on experience.
