We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient management of inventory, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes. Your expertise in warehouse management systems and equipment operation will help maintain seamless distribution workflows. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where accuracy, safety, and teamwork drive success. Duties Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, stocking, and order picking, to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move goods within the warehouse Manage inventory to track stock levels and update records in real-time Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products according to specifications Load and unload trucks while adhering to safety protocols and proper handling procedures Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy Transport parts or pick up parts when needed. Qualifications Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution operations Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and stock management Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and calculations Ability to operate order pickers, MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems), and perform load & unload tasks safely Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in order picking & packing tasks Clean Driving Record.
